  • Printable via UV and solvent screen, and UV inkjet (wide). Please test for ink adhesion with your specific ink chemistry
  • Topcoatings available for compatibility with flexo and offset inks
  • High-performance pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive bonds well to a variety of surfaces including foamboard, glass, high-surface energy plastics, wood, metal, paint and paper
  • Backed with a 94 lb. premium grade liner with excellent layflat qualities and backside printability

Product Usage and Processing Recommendations: Processing temperature maximum: 160°F (70°C) 1. We do not recommend that this product be processed in dryers or UV curing units under excessive heat. Temperatures above 160°F may cause the diffraction pattern to become distorted. 2. Caution: Higher boiling solvents found in some printing inks can cause vinyls to distort. Please note: DESIGN510 pattern repeats every six inches (150mm), and the RAINBOW, MOSAIC, and KSCOPE patterns repeat every nine inches (230mm) in both the machine and transverse directions. The repeat is defined by a seam line. Sheet size determines where seams will be located on converted materials.
