Additional Details

Create a two-sided interior mounted window graphic by printing FlexMark® 6180 base film on both sides in right-read position. Then laminate the clear permanent side of Flexcon® FlexMount® Select™ DF492211 to the printed graphic. The blue side of FlexMount® Select™ DF492211 is removable and is adhered to the inside of the window. *Recommendation for printing Flexmark® 6180 UV offset: •Do not UV varnish or clear coat the printed side of the graphic that the double-faced mounting film (the side with the permanent adhesive) will be laminated to, as this could cause adhesion failure. **Recommendations for printing FlexMark® 6180 two-sided conventional offset: 1. Print one pass (one side); 2. Place on rack – allow to dry thoroughly†; 3. Print next pass (second side); 4. Place on rack – allow to dry thoroughly†. †Please consult your ink supplier for optimal drying time before re-processing. Also, printers should limit (or not use at all) drying powder — as this will compromise the adhesion of the double-faced mounting film’s permanent adhesive. Additionally, the powder may show on the window

and may not be aesthetically pleasing. For Inkjet Printing: • Typical max. ink limit = 250% • When storing printed graphics, sheeted, stacked or in roll-form, consider leaving an unprinted margin (about 1/4") to allow for potential shrinkage of the film before trimming
