Here in the lab we test metal and polymer products to test their durability under extreme conditions. Chemical exposure helps us understand how well our labels are going to survive exposure to extreme solvents, acids, bases, etc. Flexcon really helps them in the process of selecting a product from the standpoint of you know, just the sheer amount of wealth of knowledge and experience that they have. I've worked in this industry for 23 years and Flexcon's customer service is second to none.

Our Flexcon rep made us aware of their ability to slot coat their product, and we were able to fit into a couple of our specific customer needs. Slot coating is a process where the label has an area where there's no adhesive so it makes it easier for the customer to apply and to remove the label if necessary. But any new technology there's always going to be some issues that arise. I'm confident that if happens to us Flexcon is going to solve that for us. We had a product that came in wrong. They remade it and had another dock the next day. Having a partner like Flexcon who's committed to making the product great and our business successes invaluable to Metalcraft.
